Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Callaway Decorative Hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request return and/or an exchange approval under the following terms:

1. Return and/or exchange approval must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. Returned and/or exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all original hardware and parts.

3. Returned and/or exchanged items may be assessed a restocking fee.

4. You will be responsible for return and/or exchange shipping costs.

Once received, returned items will be inspected. If the return is determined to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued or an exchange will be approved, minus a restocking fee (if applicable) and/or additional shipping costs.
